At MAGINEX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've made the return process simple and hassle-free.

✅ ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

🔄 HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at support@maginex.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
